A fixed price for the vehicle, not per person. Tolls, fuel and waiting time are included, and the driver watches your flight.

Companies and agencies can pay by bank transfer against an invoice. Write to us and we will send one. Cash to the driver is possible by arrangement, agreed with us by email before you book.

Passenger & payment

We only ask for what the driver needs to find you.

We watch the flight. If it lands late we wait an hour from touchdown at no charge.

Booked more than 24 hours ahead, your ride is confirmed and the card charged straight away. Closer than that we charge nothing yet: your card holds the amount while we check the vehicle and the driver against your time, usually within 2 hours, and if we cannot drive it the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.

Waiting and extra stops are €10 for every started 15 minutes, the same on every vehicle. At an airport we watch your flight and wait 60 minutes from landing at no charge. At a ferry port those 30 minutes run from when the boat actually docks, not from the time on the ticket. A late ferry is not your fault. Anywhere else the first 15 minutes are free. After 30 minutes the driver may leave, and the ride then counts as missed with nothing returned. On a day transfer, the first 30 minutes over the agreed time at the destination are free, then €10 for every started 15 minutes. Before leaving a pick-up the driver calls and sends a message, and the departure is logged.
