Klis, Salona & Trogir
The short one, and the only one that fits into half a day. Twenty five minutes up to the fortress above Split, about an hour and a quarter there, ten minutes back down to the Roman town at Solin for three quarters of an hour, then half an hour along the coast to Trogir and an hour and a half in the old town. Under seventy kilometres in all. Entrances are paid at each gate, the driver waits at each stop, and what you do at them is yours.
