Omiš, the Cetina canyon & Zadvarje
Three quarters of an hour down the coast to Omiš, where the Cetina comes out between the cliffs, then fifteen minutes up the canyon road to Radman's Mills and three quarters of an hour further to the viewpoint over the Gubavica falls at Zadvarje. A hundred and twenty kilometres in all, and none of it on the motorway. The driver waits at each stop for as long as the day below says.
